Why does The Barn Theatre now offer the majority of their tickets online?
Since we first introduced TicketSource as our online provider in 2015, we have seen the number of online bookings dramatically increase with now over 80% of our tickets sold via our website.  Not only is this the most convenient way for our members and guests to buy their tickets, but it also reduces the administrative overhead associated with paper tickets for our volunteers running the box office. We will continue to offer a limited number of tickets via a postal booking form but recommend you try and book online whenever possible.

I've booked online successfully but I didn't receive my ticket/have lost my ticket. What shall I do?
The first thing to check is your JUNK and TRASH folders within your email client. If you still can't find your tickets, go to www.ticketsource.co.uk/help. Within this help page, you have the option to enter your email address and their system send you an email giving you the option to download any tickets you have recently purchased. If you still have issues, please email boxoffice@thebarntheatremolesey.co.uk

Will I pay a booking fee when I book online?

As is all standard for ticket providers, TicketSource charge a fee to process tickets on behalf of The Barn Theatre. Currently, their fee stands at 45p per ticket + 7% of the ticket price. This is in line with other providers and the national average. Please note the Barn Theatre does not profit from this charge.

I don't want to enter my credit or debit details online.  How can I book?

There are two options.  Firstly, you can apply for tickets by post by downloading and using the booking form displayed on the box office page.  However, there are only a limited number of tickets available by post.  Alternatively, you can pay for your tickets over the phone by calling the TicketSource Telephone Box Office on  0333 666 3366.  The box office is open Monday to Friday 9am -7pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.  Please note, TicketSource charge an fee of £1.75 to use their box office, in addition to the normal administration fees.  This is a booking only service - any other enquires around tickets should be directed to boxoffice@thebarntheatremolesey.co.uk

Is it safe to use my debit or credit card to book tickets?

TicketSource is a national provider and uses a secure connection (https) to process all payments via their servers.  You should of course ensure that your computer is protected and up to date with the latest security software and patches.
