William, who lives in London, has had his work produced on the fringe circuit in London, Cambridge, Brighton and in his native Belfast. He has won 6 short play competitions and was short listed for the Terence Rattigan award in 2017. He is very grateful to lockdown initiatives such as The Barn Playwriting Competition as it really gives a writer a focus and purpose during a very difficult time for everyone in theatre.

Director : Karen Holley
Karen has appeared in well over 20 productions at the Barn Theatre and this is her 10th as Director. As an actor Karen has most recently appeared in , ‘Women of note’, ‘Cheshire Cats’, and ‘Dial M for murder’; but her most challenging role to date was way back in 2001 where she appeared as Rita in the two hander Educating Rita.

Cat - Hannah Amelia Jauregui
Hannah Amelia Jauregui is a professional Actor who has studied in England and LA. She returned last year, just before the pandemic, to launch her career here. She is currently rebuilding her reel and hoping to update her look and headshots when the salons open. She feels it is important to regularly stretch your acting muscles in theatre. 

Greg - Geoff Rose-Michael
Since declaring “Yea, we must follow the star,” with a dubious tea towel on his head at the age of five or six in a school nativity, Geoff has indulged his desire for treading the boards, which has lasted many decades. His favourite musical roles include Emcee (Cabaret), Bill Snibson (Me And My Girl) and Bernardo (West Side Story), and his favourite plays he lists as twins Hugo/Frederic (Ring Round The Moon), Clifford (Deathtrap) and Steph (Boom Bang a Bang) among many others. In recent years, he has developed a passion for writing and his first play, Cold Blooded Killer, received the New Writing Award at the Leatherhead Drama Festival in 2013, followed by his psychological thriller Singled Out and A Dangerous Game, all of which have been published online, together with others pieces he has penned. His directorial achievements over the years include Stags and Hens (Epsom Players), Stepping Out (Wallington Operatic and Dramatic Society) plus his own three mentioned above.

Jane - Mills Ross
Over the past few years, Mills has appeared in productions in several theatres in the area including the Rose Theatre where she was in The Crucible and Tess of the D’Urbervilles. She has enjoyed playing varying roles including drunks, a depressed Dubliner, a neurotic pregnant lady and most recently a Jacobean courtesan in The White Devil. Her Barn Theatre career includes the assistant to the panto evil magician (Sinbad), a drunken plastic surgeon to the criminal underworld (Arsenic and Old Lace), a drunken aunt to Charlie Chaplin (Charlie!) and a tap dancing businesswoman in Stepping Out. 
Grigory - Vaughan Evans
Vaughan has long craved to deploy his Russian accent so he jumped at the chance to play Grigory in his first visit to The Barn. He recently appeared as the grieving George in TTC’s online Love after Death by Stephen Alexander, which transferred from The Barn. Most recent roles pre-pandemic were the gravelly Caiaphas in Jesus Christ Superstar and the hypocritical Evan in Vaughan’s own play, Integrity, which he produced and directed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and at the OSO in Barnes. His book, Interesting Times: A Trilogy of Plays on the 2010s, was published last year.

Jo - Laura Crowe
Laura trained as an actor and worked professionally in the theatre for a number of years.   Since joining The Barn Laura has performed in a variety of plays, musicals and pantomimes.  Her favourite role to date is Rose from Stepping Out. 
Les - Simon Mattacks
Simon is a professionally trained actor and  has been a prominent voiceover artist for over 30 years, voicing adverts for everything from Axa to Zurich. He recently joined The Barn for our first live streamed production of The Weir and is pleased to return the stage and a live audience for 3xTable
